This video is very relaxing like the others I have posted and is worthy of a watch /listen for this reason. The audio would be much more proper played as a loop until you have fallen asleep, and perhaps continuing for sometime there after. This video is 14:54 minutes /seconds, which actually is about enough time for me to fall asleep, so I consider it one of the better videos for meditation I have found. I love a good nights sleep, but these days I rarely get them, and they have become somewhat sacred to me.
